The location is wonderful, quiet, by the sea with views of Capri. Nice room with good beds. Absolutely clean and originally furnished.

Would come there again for the location, it was stunning. The rooms are updated and extremely pleasant and complete with the balcony, a beautiful view over looking Capri and the striking decor now in the public areas. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is amazing.

The free shuttle service to Sorrento was convenient, making exploring the local area easy.
The drinks by the pool were notably pricey, made us rethink ordering frequently.

Sensational location with view to Capri, own access to the sea, free shuttle service to Sorrento,. the rooms on the top floor are wonderful. would book there again immediately. +++

The location and the view are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast varied and very good. Dinner was excellent. The public areas have been beautifully and tastefully restored.
The rooms should be adapted to the very beautiful ambience - they no longer look contemporary! Cleanliness in the room: Hair from the predecessor on the floor and under the bed must be vacuumed. The coffee/breakfast was - hard to believe - not good, because it was kept warm for a long time.

The view was magnificent
There was no closet in the room. Generally little space to store clothes somehow. We had to leave most of it in the suitcase.

The room was adequate and stunning with balcony, and we slept very well. Its location second to Bon from the restaurant was stunning and great.

The amazing view over Capri from my room was the highlight, complemented by the cleanliness of the hotel and the welcoming attitude of the staff. Although the dining experience was slightly underwhelming, the ambiance of the restaurant more than made up for it.

The hotel location is wonderfull. Right in front of Capri and also with excellent views for the gulf of Naples. Nice swimming pool. One also have the opportunity to swim in the sea. Nice breakfast and excellent staff, specially Francisco, a kind guy in the restaurant/breakfast room.
The hotel is quite isolated. Although it provides a shuttle to sorrento, its better to have a car. Rooms with backyard view, have a quite claustrophobic view, so booking a room with sea view is almost mandatory.

The cleaning staff (maids) was very superficial. Crumbs from two days earlier were still lying on the floor. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.
